The Oncology Institute of Hope & Innovation (TOI) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in Hematology & Oncology to join our new clinic in Kissimmee, FL. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and work with physicians to create evidence-based care plans for oncology patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care.
- Administer specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative research projects.
- Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.

Qualifications
Florida State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner. (Required)
1+ year of clinical experience in Oncology. (Required-based on new clinic opening)
Current certification as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) or ability to obtain with support from The Oncology Institute. (Preferred but not required)
