We are looking for a Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to fill this locum position in Indiana.
- Start Date: Dec 15, 2025
- End Date: Jun 12, 2026
- Scheduled Clinic Hours plus Call
- EMR System: Cerner
- Outpatient, Telehealth, and Inpatient
Qualifications
-Fellowship Required
-BLS Required
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
36 hours of patient care / ambulatory clinic coverage per week
Flexible scheduling available between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
HOSPITAL CALL COVERAGE:
Call rotation every 4th or 5th week
One full week at a time
Expected hospital visits:
Weekdays (M–F) for new consults
Saturday and/or Sunday for rounding only
