Location: Ashtabula, Ohio

Practice Details:
- Outpatient volume: 15–20 patients/day
- Inpatient volume: 3–5 patients/day
- Schedule: Full-time, negotiable
- Call: 10 days/month
- Patient mix: 50% adult, 50% geriatric
- Specialty mix: 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
- Team: 2 physicians in practice
- EMR: EPIC
- Setting: Outpatient with hospital consults

Qualifications
- Board Certified
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ohio license (or eligibility)
- Must reside within 40 miles of Ashtabula or be willing to relocate
