Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Shift Details: Day shift – 8a – 4:30p
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time, Mon -Fri schedule
Patients per day: 11-16
Patient population/age: all ages
Department description: Hematology/Oncology, total hospital size 686 beds
EMR: EPIC
Special procedures: Just hematology inpatient services
Skills required: Experience with Heme patients – benign/malignant REQUIRED
Very Hem focused.
Requirements:
Board Certification: PA or APP
State license required: MN license
DEA: NO
