A Health Cancer Center is actively seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Hematology/Oncology to support their outpatient practice. You will collaborate with a team including breast surgeons, surgical oncologists, and radiation oncologists to provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients.
Job Responsibilities
💉 Administer chemotherapy-related procedures (intracavitary, intrathecal)
🔬 Perform FNA/biopsy and manage vascular access devices (VAD/CV catheters)
🧾 Order and interpret tests and imaging; prescribe medications
🤝 Participate in tumor board discussions
📋 Coordinate patient care alongside a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
🎓 Board Certified NP with Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
🚑 ACLS certification required; BLS acceptable to obtain privileges
💻 Experience with Epic EMR system
🌟 Local candidates preferred and prioritized, but full travel reimbursement available (flight, hotel, rental car, mileage at IRS rates)
Working Hours
OR M-F, 8-hour days (8 AM – 4 PM)
