- Other details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 15 patients per shift. A Hematology/Oncology APP is needed for a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a .8 FTE. Candidates must have experience in both hematology and oncology to be considered. A current license is required at the time of submission. The role occasionally involves performing bone marrow biopsies, but no additional procedures are expected. The clinic includes a 16-chair infusion center, and patients who experience severe infusion reactions are transferred to a nearby hospital located approximately two miles away.

Job Responsibilities
* Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor treatment progress
* Perform bone marrow biopsies occasionally
* Collaborate with physicians and infusion center staff for coordinated care
* Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and escalate severe reactions
Qualifications
* Must have experience in both hematology and oncology
* Previous experience in outpatient oncology/hematology settings preferred
Working Hours
* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* .8 FTE schedule
