Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Oncology (CPNP-AC) - SF Bay area
Seeking a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Acute Care (CPNP-AC) to join a Pediatric Oncology program. This full-time role offers an opportunity to be part of an academic medical center known for innovation, technology, and compassionate care.
Position Highlights:
- Deliver high-level inpatient care for pediatric oncology and BMT patients
- Some ambulatory patient care follow-up included
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and specialists
- Independent practice with physician support
- Must be willing to work rotating day/night shifts as needed
Qualifications (Required):
- Active CPNP-AC certification
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a Pediatric Acute Care NP specialization
- For NP I: Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in Pediatric Oncology or BMT
- For NP II: At least 6 months of Nurse Practitioner experience in Pediatric Oncology or BMT
- Active PALS and BLS certifications
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $186,279 – $244,976
