Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinic schedule
- Assist with acute needs in infusion clinic. Infusion clinic acute needs coverage on rotating basis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for Hematology/Oncology patients
- Primarily outpatient, ability to do inpatient rounding if experienced
- Clinical documentation skills required, experience in Cerner preferred
- Experience with complex decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and see new patients.
- Provider must have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP/ANCC) or Physician Assistant - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
- 2+ years of ambulatory practice or acute care NP/PA work experience - REQUIRED
- Hematology/Medical Oncology NP/PA work experience - PREFERRED
- Does provider have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education -- REQUIRED
