Description:
- (Has to be a minimum of 4-5 liners): We are looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has at least 1 year of Hem/Onc clinical employment experience.
Position highlights:

- On-call 10 days per month
- 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
- 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
- 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
- Active OH license (or in the process of obtaining) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
- Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal - REQUIRED
- Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes - REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of Hem/Onc clinical employment experience - REQUIRED
