Full-time Hem/Onc Nurse Practitioner Opportunity Northeast of Cleveland, OH
  • This is a hospital employed, multi-specialty group practice
  • Affiliated with the Cleveland clinic
  • Located under 1 hour NE of Cleveland, close to the PA Border
  • 75% Oncology, 25% Hematology
  • Outpatient practice environment and 10 days of call per month
  • Procedures include mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal, etc.
  • Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribe medications.
  • Adult and Geriatric patients
  • Practice alongside 2 Physicians
  • 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Fast credentialing-30 to 60 days
  • Must have 2 years of experience and an OH License or ability to apply
  • BLS/ACLS required

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range $85,000-$130,000 (including any bonuses) depending upon experience (to be discussed at interview).
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
