As a Mobile Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex patients in their homes and through virtual visits throughout the San Fernando Valley & Antelope Valley, California
This is an ideal opportunity for an NP who values autonomy, relationship-based care, and practicing at the top of their license. You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable and underserved patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $130,000–$190,000 base salary + 10% performance bonus
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Home-Based Mobile Practice Setting
- PTO (160 hrs. accrued), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + 2K reimbursement)

Qualifications:
- MSN from an accredited program and current NP certification
- At least 1 year of NP or equivalent advanced practice experience
- Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses
- Ability to travel throughout assigned areas of Los Angeles and Orange County
