A well-established and growing integrative and functional medicine clinic in Milwaukee is seeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner / APNP to join its collaborative team.
This practice focuses on root-cause medicine and holistic, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is passionate about functional and integrative medicine and committed to helping patients achieve long-term wellness.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage patients with hormone imbalances, thyroid disorders, GI conditions, and weight management needs
• Prescribe and manage medications and supplements within scope
• Maintain timely and professional chart documentation
• Respond promptly to patient communications and care coordination needs
• Utilize a "food as medicine" and lifestyle-based approach in patient care
Qualifications
• Prescriptive authority in Wisconsin
• Strong interest or experience in functional, integrative, or holistic medicine
• Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), thyroid management, GI health, and weight loss preferred
• Willingness to learn and train in functional medicine if not already experienced
