Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct physical exams and wellness visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or related specialty)
• Active Oregon NP license and prescriptive authority
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday clinic hours
• Minimal on-call responsibilities (if applicable)

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Efficient time management and documentation
