Title: Nurse Practitioner (FNP / WHNP / AGNP)
Location: Goodyear / Surprise / Gila Bend / West Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Full-time On-site & Float positions available
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care services to adult (Adult NP) and family (Family NP) populations
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Promote preventive care and overall patient wellness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies
Requirements:
- Masters of Nursing in Family, Adult or Women's Health
- Active FNP, AGNP or WHNP license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Active DEA Certification
