A rewarding part-time, on-site NP role providing compassionate primary care to seniors in assisted living communities. Enjoy excellent pay, flexible hours, and true work-life balance — no nights, no weekends ✨
Job Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Conduct medication reviews and prescribe as appropriate
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program) 🎓
• Active New York State NP license & DEA
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing
Working Hours
• Part-Time
• 2–5 shifts per week (4-hour shifts)
• Day shifts preferred ☀️
• No nights | No weekends
