Job Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and exams
• Manage chronic and acute conditions in geriatric patients
• Review medications and prescribe within NP scope
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program) 🎓
• Active New York State NP license & DEA
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing
Working Hours
• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• No nights | No weekends ⏰
