Location – Oceanport, NJ
Details:
- Pay is not set. We bid.
- Provide direct and indirect primary care to PACE participants (ages 55+)
- Typical patient volume: 7–10 patients/day
- Total program size: ~360 participants
- Most visits occur at the PACE center; 1–3 home or facility visits/week
- Occasional travel for onboarding/training to Lakehurst (mileage reimbursed)
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.725/mile
Position Type: Locums (3-month assignment with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP (target 2–3 weeks after offer)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (30-min lunch)
– Full-time required (5 days/week)
– May consider 4 days onsite + 1 remote for strong candidates
On-Call: Light—every 3rd week, call triaged by RN
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- NJ License
- DEA required
- BLS required (can obtain during credentialing)
- 1–2 years of recent primary care PA experience REQUIRED
- Must have experience treating patients age 55+ (both male & female)
- Experience with frail/elderly population strongly preferred
