Deliver compassionate, high-quality primary care to seniors in assisted living communities. This part-time, on-site role offers exceptional flexibility, strong clinical support, and true work-life balance—so you can focus on patient care without burnout. 💙
Job Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and exams
• Manage chronic and acute conditions in geriatric patients
• Review and prescribe medications within NP scope
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Develop individualized care plans with care teams
• Educate residents and families on wellness and prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
• Active New York State NP license
• Active DEA registration
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (geriatrics preferred)
Working Hours
• Part-time
• 2–5 shifts per week (4-hour shifts)
• Day shifts only
• No nights | No weekends
Skills
• Strong geriatric assessment and clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently
• EMR proficiency
