You’ll build meaningful relationships, practice with autonomy, and still have time for life outside of work. Compensation ranges from $135,000–$160,000 annually, with W2 or 1099 options and travel reimbursement included.
Job Responsibilities
• Create personalized care plans with care teams
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Prescribe medications within NP scope
• Educate residents and families
• Document in eClinicalWorks
• Support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Active NY State NP license & DEA
• Medicare/Medicaid billing eligibility
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience
• Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred
Working Hours
• No nights or weekends
