You’ll build meaningful relationships, practice with autonomy, and still have time for life outside of work. Compensation ranges from $135,000–$160,000 annually, with W2 or 1099 options and travel reimbursement included.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage personalized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
Treat acute and chronic conditions with compassion and confidence
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications within NP scope of practice
Educate residents and families on health, wellness, and independence
Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active New York State NP license and DEA registration
Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid billing
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (geriatrics or long-term care preferred)
Working Hours
