Job Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments, exams, and diagnoses
• Develop and manage treatment and care plans
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments
• Maintain accurate patient documentation (EHR)
• Collaborate with specialists and refer when needed
• Provide preventive care and patient education
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Adult/Geriatrics)
• Active New York State NP License
• Board Certification (AANP / ANCC / ONCC)
• New Graduates encouraged to apply (except Pain Management)
Working Hours
• Full-Time and Part-Time options available
• Schedule discussed during interview
Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus 🌎
