🔍 Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary care to residents in assisted living facilities

Conduct assessments, manage chronic conditions, coordinate treatment plans

Maintain accurate documentation and Medicare/Medicaid compliance
✅ Requirements

🎓 Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

🩺 Active New York NP license & DEA registration

🧾 Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing
