Job description
Part-time NP role providing primary care services to residents in assisted living communities. No nights, no weekends, and no burnout. Offers flexible scheduling, strong work–life balance, supportive team environment, and competitive compensation ($60K–$120K per year) with both W2 and 1099 options. On-site role located in Queens, New York.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
Prescribe medications within NP scope of practice
Educate residents and families on health and wellness
Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active New York NP license & DEA registration
Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (geriatric or LTC preferred)
Strong communication skills, compassionate bedside manner
Working Hours
Each shift: 4 hours (AM shifts preferred)
No nights and no weekends
