Job Title: Adult Nurse Practitioner
Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire) & Part-Time Options
Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Day Shift Only (Facility closes 5:30 PM)
No weekends, no call, no nights
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and follow-up
Manage chronic conditions and coordinate with care teams
Maintain documentation in accordance with guidelines
Qualifications
Recent experience in Assisted Living or Elder Care (highly preferred)
Active NY license or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and patient-care skills
