UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent new outpatient Geriatric APN opportunity for a beautiful 55+ community in Burr Ridge. This community serves residents who both live independently, with some needing assistance and memory care.
· Experienced APNs who can work independently as a solo practitioner, preferred
· Full Practice Authority License, preferred
· Average number of patient visits per day 10-12
· Clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday (Days)
· Provide support of EMR in basket
· Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
· Competitive compensation, PTO and CME
· Annual Salary: $118K - $125K
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training
- Master’s degree in Nursing, required
- Full Practice Authority License, preferred
- Current Illinois Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
