This is a premium position offering flexibility, purpose-driven care, and the chance to make a real impact in the community.
🔹 Position Highlights:
- Role: Mobile Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Location: Central & West Las Vegas (facilities and in-home visits)
- Start Date: ASAP- 6 months (LOA coverage, potential to extend)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM (No call)
- Patient Volume: 3–4 sites/day
- EMR: Athena
🔹 Requirements:
- Active NV license, Board Certified, DEA, and BLS
- Minimum 1 year experience in primary care, geriatrics, or in-home care
- Familiarity with HEDIS and Value-Based Care (VBC) models
💼 Compensation & Logistics:
- Rates: Discuss by Phone
