Job description
We are seeking individuals to conduct initial health assessments for a Medicaid plan. This role is primarily home-based and involves in-home work with flexibility for full-time, part-time, and varying availability including nights and weekends. Assessments may take between 15 minutes to an hour.
Job Responsibilities
Flexible work schedule including in-home visits.
Provide availability for day, night, and weekend work as needed.
