Assignment Details
- Start Date: November 1, 2025
- Duration: 6 months with perm conversion offered
- Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: Call for rates + Benefits (Health, Dental +Vision) + 100% Malpractice covered.
Clinical Scope
- Primary care for geriatric patients with polychronic conditions
- In-home visits across Los Angeles County
- Patient Volume: 3–7/day
- EMR: Athena
- Support Team: 1 APP + 1 MA
Requirements
- Board Certified NP
- Active California NP license
- Certifications: BLS, DEA
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care
- Must have in-home care and geriatric experience
- Nephrology experience is a plus!
Must live within 20 miles of central Los Angeles Travel radius: Up to 1 hour | Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile
