- Hospital-employed opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated geriatrics team

- Full-time position: Monday through Friday schedule with four 10-hour shifts
- Average patient volume: 8–15 patients per day
- Clinical scope includes complex chronic disease management, acute medical problems and injuries, general ward inpatient care in skilled nursing facilities, and care for rehabilitation patients post-hospital discharge
- Procedures include I&D, cryotherapy, and shoulder/knee injections
- No in-person call responsibilities
- Support internal medicine and family medicine residents during clinic rotations
- Position will travel locally to long-term care and assisted living facilities across the Willamette Valley
- Must have experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, or assisted living (preferred: completed rotation in a nursing facility); excellent clinical and communication skills required; eligibility to work in the United States
- EPIC EMR system
- Approximately 90 minutes to Portland International Airport (PDX) and 60 minutes to Eugene Airport (EUG), providing both domestic and international travel options
