📍 Location: Travel role covering San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster, CA
🏥 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and patient homes
🗓 Schedule: Flexible 3 days/week (8AM–5PM) – you choose the days!
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
💼 Specialty: Primary Care & Geriatrics
👥 Patient Volume: 7–10 patients/day
💻 EMR: Cerner
🚗 Travel/Lodging: All-inclusive – travel required across the 3 regions
📞 On-Call: None
Requirements:
- Active CA NP license , BC NP with BLS & DEA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care and/or Geriatrics
- Comfortable with travel and working independently
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate discussed by Phone
- Paid Weekly
- 100% Malpractice Paid
