Position:
- Location: Traverse City, MI
- Specialty: Hospice, geriatric, palliative care
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 4 days per week; 10 hour shifts starting around 8am
- 90 day contract with extension or perm conversion options
****Travel to patient homes and/or SNF. Must have personal vehicle and auto insurance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years minimum in hospice, geriatric, palliative care
- DEA
- BLS
Compensation:
