Locum - Nurse Practitioner (Geriatric Medicine) | Pennsylvania
We are seeking a Locum Nurse Practitioner specializing in Geriatric Medicine for a part-time position in Coatesville, PA.
Position Details:
- Start: ASAP (upon credentialing)
- Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week (No OT, weekends, or on-call)
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical care in collaboration with physicians
- Conduct assessments and implement care plans
- Manage acute illnesses and prescribe treatments
- Make home/nursing home visits as needed
- Assist in developing clinical policies and training staff
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (REQUIRED)
- Active PA License (REQUIRED)
- BLS, DEA, CDS, ANCC/AANP certification (REQUIRED)
- 5+ years of experience (preferably in long-term care)
- Experience working with frail/elderly populations (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
