Core Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional patient care within a community health setting, maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current and active license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board.
• Active DEA registration required.
• A minimum of 2 years of paid experience in Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, to better serve our diverse community.
