A healthcare system in SE Vermont, 30 minutes west of Keene, NH is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician’s Assistant (PA) to join their team and provide care to residents of their affiliated Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Full time; M-F 8-5p
- Provide care and essential medical services across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospital affiliated
- Prescribes modalities including but not limited to medication, nutrition, exercise, and traditional nursing treatments.
- 2 years of experience in post-acute care/SNF's highly preferred
- Working collaboratively with Family Practice Physician
- DEA License
