COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner (NP) Geriatric/Long-term Care
- Competitive Salary: (based on experience/skillset)

- CME: $5,000 + 8 Days
- PTO: 168 hours accrued a year + 8 Paid Holiday + 40 hours Sick Time

- Free Temporary Lodging is available while provider works for the hospital
- Hospital-employed position covering 2 Skilled Nursing Facility locations (15 miles apart)
- Patient Volume: Up to 25 skilled nursing residents per a month, patients rotate out every month
- No weekends and no on-call coverage
- Cases: Geriatric in a Long Term Care and in a SNF
- Comfortable rounding on patients in the Skilled Nursing Facility and residents of the LTC Facility
- Certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with BLS and ACLS
- 3 years of geriatric experience preferred but not a deal-breaker
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- J1 and H-1B Visa candidates will be considered
- EMR System: Cerner
- Location is less than 3 hours from Reno, Nevada and near Redding, California!
