We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a Geriatric Health and Wellness Clinic in Oceanport, New Jersey
Perform initial, semi-annual, and unscheduled assessments and reassessments in collaboration with the physician, perform additional physical assessments of participants as needed. Evaluate and treat participants during acute illness. Manage participants’ chronic illnesses and conditions in collaboration with the physician(s).
• $155,000 annual salary
• Mon- Fri, 8a to 4:30p
• No nights, no weekends
• Permanent position
Requirements:
• RN License – New Jersey; APN License – New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority
• At least one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting working with the frail or elderly
• Must be able to speak and understand written communication in the English language.
