We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team and provide primary care services to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will have experience in internal medicine and geriatrics and will be able to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including physical exams, ordering lab tests, prescribing medications, and providing patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients, including physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Prescribe medications as needed.

• Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion and disease prevention.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory tests and imaging studies.

• Provide referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Provide follow-up care for chronic conditions.

• Manage acute and chronic illnesses in adults, including geriatric patients.
