- Nurse Practitioner, ISNP (institutional special needs – will be traveling to other LTC or Nursing facilities where we have Medicare patients); coverage area map attached – purple dots are where the facilities are located; the circle is an ideal candidate location for the coverage area
- M-F 8 AM – 5 PM for 90 days
- Will need to drive their own car and we will reimburse mileage
- Ideal background would be geriatrics
