- Nurse Practitioner- Geriatrics/PC
- LA Orange County – Specifically Long Beach, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verde
- Panel - 50-90 patients total; daily load depends on acuity. Some patients are seen monthly and some are seen biweekly.
- Days - Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM
- Duration - 3 months
- Patient Population - MediCare
- Experience needed: Geriatric, Hospice, end of life, chronic disease management, time management, ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, flexible
