Full Time | Gastroenterology
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Gastroenterology practice in Oswego, New York.
Position Highlights:
- Hospital-employed Gastroenterology practice
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Outpatient practice with some telemedicine
- No call responsibilities
- Practice located on the Seneca Hill Health Center campus
- Work alongside experienced Gastroenterologists in a collaborative environment
- Perform patient evaluations, colonoscopy screenings and preparation, follow-up care, and medication management
- Opportunity to participate in hospital rounds approximately one day per week
- Manage common Gastroenterology conditions including GI bleeding, colon cancer screenings, and polyp surveillance
- ERCP services available within the practice
- Average of approximately 20 patients per day
- Meditech EMR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Active or eligible New York license
- Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $110,000-$130,000 plus wRVU productivity incentives
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
