Job description
Aya Locums is working with a busy outpatient Gastroenterology clinic seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a scheduled-hours contract role. This position supports a team of GI physicians by managing clinic visits while procedures are performed. You’ll handle GI workups, ongoing patient management, and care for a diverse adult population- in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (20- 24 patients per day).
Role highlights:
- Start April 2026 (Flexible) Monday-Friday (10hrs) schedule with guaranteed full-time hours
- Outpatient GI clinic setting
- Broad exposure to GI diagnostics and procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, manometry, Bravo, capsule studies, Fibro scan)
- Strong physician and clinic support team
- Epic-based EMR with integrated tools
GI experience is preferred but not required-providers who are confident, adaptable, and collaborative will be considered.
