With offices located in beautiful Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley Colorado, Centers for Gastroenterology is the premier provider of gastrointestinal and digestive health care in Northern Colorado.

We are a busy, growing practice of 13 physicians and 7 Advance Practice Providers looking to add an office-based APP with 3 or more years of GI experience.
The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of gastrointestinal disease processes and recommended treatments, a proven ability to provide exceptional patient care while maintaining superb patient satisfaction, and the desire and ability to work in a highly collaborative and collegial environment.

As a member of the CFG Team, the successful candidate can expect to receive a very competitive base salary ($92,535- $138,802.56) and a rewarding productivity bonus program, generous paid time off, health insurance, HSA contribution, employer paid medical premiums, deductible assistance, access to a rich 401K plan with matching and profit sharing.
