- Hours: 40 hour work week provided with incredibly flexible schedule. -Clinic hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM | Wed., Fri. 9 AM-5 PM | Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgendered, and HIV population -Be part of a strong culture that is willing to work hard and support the community and its infrastructure -Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, including provision of medications & prescriptions QUALIFICATIONS: -Experience providing medication & prescriptions as well as follow-ups -Comfortable with EMR system -Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location - 1 year minimum experience preferred. -NY state-licensed -BE/BC
