Primary Care NP, PA, or MD
Location: OK
Schedule: Clinic hours 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; no nights; no weekends; no walk-ins (as documented)
Position Overview
Primary care and acute care coverage in an employer-sponsored primary care/wellness clinic setting (as documented)
Patient population: ages 2+
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive care, early intervention, and chronic disease management
Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate
Provide patient education
Collaborate with physicians/clinical teammates and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license in the practicing state (as documented)
DEA registration
Experience treating patients age 2+
Ability to pass on-site credentialing
Strong HIPAA/confidentiality standards
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years primary care experience (preferred, as documented)
