Compensation & Benefits

• $119,313 – $178,968 annually, plus annual incentive opportunities and sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• NP Board Certification with primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine background
• Current, valid and unrestricted ARNP license and valid DEA number
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is an essential job function
• Minimum 3-5 years of primary care experience
• Minimum 2+ years with case management emphasizing health prevention and population health management
• Documentation of proof of a negative TB test in the last 12 months before start-date.
• Team-based care experience
• Experience working in EMR systems
• Experience with Google Workspace
