Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a Primary Care/Family Medicine team in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and communicate effectively with a diverse Spanish-speaking patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications and monitor patient outcomes as permitted by state regulations.

• Conduct patient assessments and preventive care visits.

• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.

• Must be fluent in Spanish.

• Active and in good standing NPI number.

• Appropriate certification and post-graduate training in the area of responsibility.

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or a related outpatient setting.
