We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner- Family Practice to join our amazing team.

Details of the Opportunity:

• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $110-$116/hr
• Schedule: Full Time

Details:

• Support staff: 1 MD, Other APP on the floor but don’t directly work with Gastro
• Amount of coverage needed per month: full time, M-F 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 10-12
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Department description: Integrative Health Institute. NP will be handling patient intake, performing gastro histories, help with prescriptions, evals, referrals, treatment. Interpret tests, procedures, radiographic studies. Required to have Functional Medicine/Integrative health experience. They will train on Integrative Gastroenterology.

Nurse Practitioner- Family Practice Requirements

• Board Certification: Yes
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years' experience in Functional Medicine or Integrative Health Institute
