**NP Primary Care opening in West Burlington, Iowa**
**About Position:**
- Full-time
- Seeking a full-time a Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team working with pre and post op patients.
- $144k+ guarantee
- Full-time – 40 hours/week
- Primary work is in the outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding for care coordination
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Excellent work-life balance
- 2+ years of experience as a NP in primary care, surgery or a related specialty preferred
- A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Someone who takes ownership of their practice and contributes to the team’s growth
- Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- $144,000+ guarantee plus quarterly productivity bonuses
- $15,000 commencement bonus
