Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Openings: 1
Position Overview
Outpatient primary care coverage including inbox coverage, prescription management, and patient messaging
See urgent and post discharge patients as needed
May also support annual wellness visits
EMR: Epic (experience preferred)
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Connecticut NP license
Comfort managing common primary care needs in an outpatient setting
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
