We are currently working with UConn Health at their UConn Health Community Health Medical Clinic in Canton, CT. They are seeking some ongoing Primary Care Locum coverage starting ASAP. At UConn Health their commitment to health and well-being is utmost important to them. After reviewing the details below, please let me know if you would like to be considered for this opportunity.
• Seeking ongoing coverage starting ASAP (until perm found)
• Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8a-5p
• No weekends or Holidays
• Patient Load: 20 Patients per day
• Scope of practice: 20 min sick visits, follow ups, annual physicals, well child, low peds
• Potential Locums to Perm
• Must be Certified
• Must have active CT State license and DEA
• EMR: EPIC
